It starts with the brand.
Before a single page, we built the identity everything else follows — logo, palette, and type. Then the kit became the site.

More than a website.
Every layer working as one system — the site we built, the local search around it, the lead capture behind it, and the growth path ahead.

01 · The problem
Eric Patton is a Johnson City entrepreneur — a real local figure — who grew On The Spot from a side hustle into his full-time business, taking on more hours and more work every month. When he came to us, though, his entire marketing was a Facebook page and his name. What he needed wasn't a pile of disconnected tools; it was one simple system that ran everything — a website, online booking, a clean way for customers to reach him, and follow-up that didn't slip through the cracks. Eric and Craig already knew each other — they met through Rise Up For Kids here in Johnson City and became friends — so he trusted us to simplify all of it and make it just run. That's the job we took on: not one tactic, the whole system.
02 · What we run
- A rebuilt brand — we redesigned Eric's identity to stand out in the local market and actually stick in people's heads.
- Website + online booking — a clean site where a customer fills out their info and the lead lands straight with Eric. The goal the whole way through: more booked appointments.
- Google Business Profile — built and dialed in so On The Spot shows up when the Tri-Cities searches for a detailer.
- Social + lead capture — work on his Facebook to push brand awareness, with every channel feeding the same simple pipeline.
- Reviews — a review engine stacking up five-star proof as Eric works.
- Consulting + coaching — beyond the build, we work with Eric on his marketing and the business itself — the insights and guidance most agencies never bother with.
And the part Eric keeps coming back to: how easy it is to reach us. He can text, call, ask a question about his site or his marketing, and get a straight answer — no portal, no runaround. That's the difference he didn't have before.
03 · The build
The website had one job: get Eric found, and make it as easy as it gets for someone to book him. So we built it lean and fast — none of the bloat that bogs most sites down — because speed is a real part of how you show up when someone goes looking for a detailer. That's true on Google, and now in the AI tools more and more people use to find a local pro. We gave him a page for every town he covers, all eight of them, so he owns his whole backyard — not just Johnson City. And here's the part that matters most: it's all his. No rented host holding it hostage, no paying us forever or losing your site. Eric owns every piece of it — and that's how we do it for everybody.
04 · Timeline
- Map · We mapped out every page Eric needed — his services, all eight towns he covers, and a handful of helpful articles — so nothing slipped through.
- Build · We built the whole thing out, gave every town its own page, and set it up to show up clean when people search.
- Ship · We ran it through the wringer — made sure it was fast and nothing was broken — and got it live for Eric to look at and start booking from.
05 · Where it stands
- The whole foundation is set and running — brand, website, booking, Google profile, and reviews all working as one system.
- Eric's booking jobs consistently now — leads come in, he gets a hold of them fast, and the reviews pile up in the process.
- He stands out in his local market — which is exactly what he came to us for.
- The customer path is dead simple — someone fills out their info, Eric reaches out, and they get to meet the guy and let him do what Eric Patton does best.
Next up: hit his review target, then we switch on Local Service Ads and the next layer of marketing. This one's just getting going — we keep this page updated as the numbers climb and the next pieces turn on.
06 · Client quote
Craig is exceptional at what he does! He helped me with my webpage while at the same time coached me on how to navigate it. I highly recommend him. He also has given me business consultation.
