Why no contracts?

What happens if I cancel?

You keep everything. Website, CRM, GBP, content, data — we hand you the keys. 30 days notice and your next month isn't billed.

Can I upgrade tiers later?

Anytime. Most clients land on Plant Your Flag and graduate to Own Your Backyard within 4–6 months once the lead flow is steady and they're ready to scale ad spend.

Why is ad spend separate?

Because it's your money going to Facebook, Google, and LSA directly. We manage it transparently — you see every dollar, you can pull the plug, you can scale it up. We don't mark up media.

What if I'm not a contractor?

We only work with home service contractors. If you're not, we'll honestly tell you who is a better fit. No selling you something you don't need.
